Fireball for rouges

I ve been playing this Game for some time and i m still waiting for a fireball for rouge. I chose the class cause i thought i could combo and kill people as a magic assasin but nothing. I even changed to dragonborn cause i thought they may have that abillity. But Nothing anywere. Why does everyone else have a Fireball but ot me?

And the Fireball is an Emote, not a Skill. The TR is NOT a magic class......
