BAM!. thats precisely how I look at it. Options is what makes the game (and DnD as a whole) interesting and fun. And this was my outlook on HR when they were first introduced on the preview shard, and remains til this day.
yeah that cooldown is just horrid. There is no feasible reason to justify that cooldown. The cooldown should had been something similar to Wicked Reminder with the maximum being about as long as dazing strike. The damage is just as low as shadow strike, and no where near as useful. The actual teleport isnt even all that…
This is mostly due to the elo system not matching matches like it should. Waaaaaay too many times in the passed couple of weeks I've been put into matches where the gaps in power were just way too great. We either lose by over 700 points or win by over 700 points.
1.) Yes (I Rp adventure through foundry quests often) 2.) Yes 3.) Yes if the title/theme is interesting enough and the description gives enough 4.) Yes (even though I answered yes to 2 and 3 ) 5.) A major one 6.) No idea, but I hope they do something substantial to foundry as a whole. The potential is great and is being…
I think Rapid Shot is actually just fine as it is. It doesnt hit too hard, and hits as fast as shooting arrows very fast should be. Dont think it needs like machine gun fire capability.
Im not really impressed by the new paragon path. I wanted pathfinder, but its skills arent very impressive to me. The 100% daily does very little damage (which was the problem with last paragon daily) the mark is cool but not something I'd use a 100% daily for. I liked the bear trap. The melee at will is good for group…
Even in pre module 2. GWF's were not bad at all. And they only performed bad in PVE because thier aoe damage was not all that great and they didnthave much tanking ability. Where in pvp. They were just fine and even then, GWF's had alot more things going for them than just damage, they were not ment to be the best of one…
On live the Ranger is the most balanced class out of all the other classes. And thats with a good portion of thier skills being bad. What needs to happen is all those skills that are not being used or bad to be adjusted. ALL powers from the stormwarden paragon. All thier buffs. Thier at wills need not be touched. thats…
This occurs with everything. Games, food, anything that has a value. Thats the purpose of a sale.. If you wait, you generally get the opportunity to pay for what you want at a cheaper price or when its on sale. You cant blame them because you were so quick to open your wallet to get what you want as soon as possible.
Storm Pillar's actual pillar does crit. But the smaller lightning bolts that hit other targets do not. By function, When Storm Pillar's main pillar crits. The smaller bolts are all also crit. It no longer does this as it should.
Thier swordmaster paragon powers and feats need work. Everything and I mean everything about it is subpar compared to thier Iron Vanguard paragon. the only thing worth while is Steel defense, and from what I hear thats not even working right. Everything Swordmaster does, Iron vanguard can do better. Everything just goes…
This is exactly what I've been saying since april.. And infact the exact thing I've said that will happen due to the lack of proper matchmaking/sub divisions is happening now. Only now the devs are seeing theres a problem, when this was put forth much earlier that it would be. And thats the only thing pvp really needed…
I still dont see the reason to mess with the gear though. Its still restrictive, as it makes people have to have pvp gear to pvp with. I only use part of the pvp gear myself for many of my characters, simply because the range of stats are too wide for my playstyle on those characters. A few of my characters have some…
