It says addressing the powers during PVP, does that also include the disconnect within all dungeons and skirmishes? also out of the 4 different forums to post on which is the best way to report bugs?

I am a Healer... So far I have Locked down 12 different dungeon runs. All with Hallowed Ground. I cannot run any instance at all. So all lvl 60+ for me is off limits until this is addressed. Please make an announcement of some kind so healers know when we can go back to gear hunting.
