I so agree with this!!! It is so painful to use up my guild marks on buying stuff from the ateliers, everytime one visits one of the alliances we all comment that this is CRAZY & we'll get RSI from clicking over & over & over just to get a few supplies.

ahh I am a new player & have spent quite a lot of zen on bank space to save all those refining stones, so now I feel like I have wasted a lot of zen for no real reason, can I return some of my bank slots & get my zen back to spend on something more wortwhile to me in-game
