It depends on what kind of speed runs they are, if they exploit the map to get somewhere faster then intended then yes it's against the rules, but as player's view i'd say there is so many doing it now they can't really punish anyone and just be quick about fixing them.
Very well written, me personally used this guide before it as written it's nearly identical to mine i guess that's why i find it so good. Even as hardcore experienced Cleric it teached me a few good points, should be stickied.
But right now you are being a little blind, while i understand your point there are some classes who dominate in more then one area and that will make the players with other classes put off. This is not single player!
I'm not sure if that's accurate i know that's the case with founder packs but i don't have my mount on the alt while i bought it on my main, i bought one for 4000 Zen
I'll say as a cleric some of this nerfs are going to make our job alot harder then it already is, i understand the stacking of shields removed. But why nerf the damage reduction and heals we do not have that many direct aoe heals so if there are 3 members dropping health fast how are we supposed to save all of them?
I agree, it's going to be difficult to choose i'm sure. The best way to handle that would be to choose someone neutral and who can keep a good patience and image on their boards!
I'm just going to put my input here as higly experienced cleric; Removing the stack seem's fair, but reducing so much other stuff mentioned in the notes are just unfair.
