Post 6/11 Patch - Negation still Un-mitigatable?!??

As the title says. Has anyone tested this yet along with the tenacity change?

Negation - can you mitigate its DR or its it still on its own layer?
ARP Resist - is it really WAI now @ 60% multiplicative?
Tenacity - Is this back on its own layer or still apart of the 80% cap (along with negation)?
Crit Resist - Is this still making crits < non crits?

Cant test until later tonight or tomorrow. I will post what I find. Can anyone confirm?

    Negation is additive and still unmitigatible.
    ARP Resist is now WAI.
    Tenacity is back on its own layer.
    Crit resist is functioning the same as before the 06-03-2015 patch as far as I know.

    Negation really needs to be fixed IMO... Thats just silly.

    Thanks for informations. So, even if Neg still unmitigeable, how work the calculation against a Neg-Burned player ?

    Negation needs to be fixed like Feytouched was fixed.

    Is negation not just a problem on CW's with shield on tab?

    Pala, clerics all tanks with negation are impossible to kill
