Assist the Lords Alliance

I really wish the campaigns would be clear on what to do.

So I opened the third module in the Campaign "Assist the Lords Alliance". Anyone have any idea where I go what I do to complete for 1/3?

    Hmm.. its been awhile.. but I believe that the Lord Alliance quest for ToD is in IceSpire Peak

    The quests for The Lord's Alliance are in Icespire Peak, but you have to go back to Protector's Enclave and talk to the Harpers to unlock the quest block first.
