I have a couple of questions first what does control bonus do increase time or amount that get controlled.
Second the companion from the scourged warlock pack is it just for the char that buys it or is it account wide

    Not sure about the control bonus.

    The erinyes from SW pack is accountwide.
    What's a signature and what does it do?

    From the Wiki . . .

    Control Bonus is a Rating that involves character`s Crowd Control power, increasing:

    Combat Advantage, Daze, Immobilize, Prone, Slow & Stun duration

    Knock, Pull & Push distance
    SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! (repeat indefinitely)
