could we please limit the number of players allowed in iwd and wod by 10?

or maybe even 5. id like to see the number of players allowed to enter by 5 or 10. just something to help performance issues. it wouldnt be bad to do this across all maps though so we dont have to worry about the lag and rubber banding as bad.

    the current number of people is fine. It ran just perfectly all the while with that.

    Just multiplying it by the frequency of AoE casts and buff-debuff-crossbuff-interactions all within each others FoV and influence zone, and combined with hyperactive mobility makes the performance deteriorate...

    ...a message that could have been learned from the blood, sweat, toil and Tia's performance issues, but apparently... ...erm, yeah.

    For IWD, the problem is that you cannot switch to less populated instance (for some mysterious reasons) plus there are so few instances unlike WoD.
    You say 4v5 is impossible? Cool story bro.

    If they just removed the whole invite up to 40 ability, that would work. Lag is a lot less with 30 than 40.

    +1. And please do it for WoD also.
    For IWD the lag is so bad, just doing dailies is a challenge since half or more of the damage I do simply doesn't register. It's not always the case, but sometimes it is, and it's really really painful to spend up to 5 minutes killing a single mob.

    You about to get ganked? Switch instance...

    That's why the PvP zones are far away from the entrances, too. So you cannot get your tasks done without at least standing a fair chance of encountering some... ...oh, well. Let's stop here before ranting, you get the picture.

    With the nerf to the HE drops, maybe the overcrowding problem will improve.

    You've got to be kidding, right. IWD PvP allows many more than 10 in PvP, the HE's require 10+, Regular encounters can be done with 5 or less. In WoD Dragon heralds can only be finished by groups of 30 (25 in some cases), Tiamat requires 25 to complete, or not. The regular quests can be soloed, but the mini dungeons can only be soloed to the BOSS, then you may need help.

    That's not the problem, the problem is Space. Every time a new instance is opened for 5 or 10 players in IWD or WOD that takes away from space that could be used by 30-45 players in another area. In IWD PvP, with only 5 players allowed, It'll always be 2 vs 3 , 4 vs 1 or 5 vs 0. which is finne if you are the 5, 4 or 3, but not the 1 or 2. Or is that what you want??
