PVP: Armor Penetration Resistance now correctly works as expected against players.
Tenacity: Armor Penetration Resistance is now multiplicative. Base Armor penetration resistance is now 20% to compensate.
Tenacity: Damage Resistance and Critical Resistance from Tenacity are now correctly multiplicative.
I don't really understand, I feel a bit dumb today lol. What does it mean when they say "Armor Penetration Resistance is now multiplicative. Base Armor penetration resistance is now 20% to compensate and Damage Resistance" and "Critical Resistance from Tenacity are now correctly multiplicative."
I have never melted anyone in 6 - 8 seconds. Again... ONE build does not a class make.
If "TR must win" how come we got multiple Ninja Nerfs when M6 hit?
just because you play a gimped style doesn't make the argument any less true. i once ran the boston marathon in combat boots and a rucksack. my time sucked. It doesn't mean my entire class was underperformers.

which means everything gets easier to kill, especially for those characters that have piercing. who is that again? ohhh yeah. those guys.
no. thats what this is now reducing. the complaint was that with the last patch everyone got real tanky. so now they are taking away the tank.
thats probably my biggest complaint. instead of fixing all the HAMSTER thats broken with TRs they take away the tankiness of the rest of the builds.

i don't think it will matter much in PvE. the notes said "against players" and tenacity. both of which are PvP, not PvE.
