rough astral diamond refinement cap raise

Title says it all.. would be nice. 50k per day seems reasonable.

    Been asked every now and then for 2 years. Answer is always no.

    It would just make all prices double and have new players struggle more.

    No that's not reasonable.

    why would prices double? it isn't like it will make astral diamonds all that much easier to obtain.. anyone can farm iwd and make 200k ph or more.. haven't seen prices rising yet..

    Because a LOT of people have a ton of unrefined ad backlogged.

    Pretty much this + people would just farm dungeons more and move the BTA items to refine over 1m AD per day (together with the leadership armies)

    Farming IWD doesn't create Astral Diamonds. It creates Refinement Stones, which are then sold for already existing AD.

    What you're talking about is basically doubling the rate at which AD can be created, which would increase the supply and make them even less valuable.

    Increasing the cap to 50k would actually HURT most players, especially the ones without a lot of wealth.

    Although this thread was created first the opening post of this thread is more substantial so this discussion can be continued in that thread.

    The answer is and will likely always remain no for the reasons ironzerg described her and in the other thread but you, the previous thousand players and the following thousands to come are still perfectly allowed to request the change. :)
