Need Help. Dragon Artifact Chest bug

So after waiting for the ridiculous long timers for the campaign...I finally got to the Dragon Artifact Chest, used my resources and waited for 20hrs...just to only get shards of the dragon forged steel and no weapon. Like what the hell? I waited all those days and timers just to get no weapon? That really killed my mood for the game. Hopefully someone can help by either giving me the weapon I want or giving me back the stuff I used for the chest

    Hmmm, I have not bother with it yet ( don't plan on having those kind of refinement points to make it to purple, let alone orange ). But my understanding was that your garunteed to get a weapon and the shard. As soon as a get a dragon gem I'll try it out and see what happens.

    Yeah, I'd double check your inventory very closely and check your Overflow Bag. If you've checked and it's definitely not there you should report it in the bug report forum as it is most definitely supposed to give you a weapon with every chest.

    Make a support ticket. If you didn't get what you're supposed to, the Support team is good at fixing your problems.

    You should get both, the weapon and shard. You realize the weapon will be green, right? Some overlook it expecting blue or purple.

    Unless your running draconic primary and secondary, the green artifact weapon will actually have better stats then whatever epic you are currently using.. it's worth getting regardless of having the refinements or not.

    You don't get a weapon from the artifact task. You get a box with the weapon in it. Look for a blue box in your inventory, that contains the weapon...

    With 6 shards you can buy the artifact weapon of your choice. This way you will never have more than 3 failed attempts to get the weapon you want. In case you didn't know, you can also get a shard for salvaging the artifact weapon.
