The RED Zones

Just curious. Is anyone else getting hit by attacks even while outside the Red danger zones. Especially on Dragons? I have noticed that when a Dragon does it's AoE attack, that most times i get hit regardless of if i am in the red or not. Granted i was in the red at the beginning of the attack but if i make it out, sometimes 10 feet out of it... why is it still making contact with my character? Does anyone else have this issue?

    I would assume lag is the issue. If had it happen to me before to. Easily stand at the edge OUTSIDE of the circle and will still get hit soemtimes.
