Is elven battle enchantment good in pve?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to talk about this, I'm just curious if some of you use it in pve. Talking about T1 and T2 mobs. I notice soulforge comes off more annoying than useful, 4/10 times it revives me, I end up either getting severe injuries or just dying right after cause of slow sitting animation. I'd be using greater elven battle.

    hmmm... I wish I could test elven battle myself :/ im just really not happy with how soulforge performs. I find myself being saved by team mates in the end anyway if I die, since soulforge leaves me in the open for another death unless im insta healed

    Most the 1 shot mobs don't slow or stun anyway.

    yeah, because pvp allows companion, and soulforged is BIS in pvp too

    I say it's very useless against open pvp opponents with cockatrice bonus. Could have some use for PvE CWs too at transcendent quality, heard it boosts stamina regen by a great deal

    SF is the only enchant armor which you need in PvE, since mobs deal stupid amount of dmg and most instnaces often lag a lot.

    I prefer (and wear) Elven Battle over Soulforge. Because it does what it says. It is awesome in PVP and very noticeable in PVE. GF field of view.

    I would continue and say that Soulforge is not a good enchantment for PVP. One Lunging Strike and I always get a double kill ;) There is seldom a Player getting away with Soulforge.
