GWF skill Restoring Stike is broken

title says it, restoring strike does not restore health nor stamina since todays (june 4th, 2015) patch.

    Hmmmm! If it is broken, I don't know how my GWF survived last night unless he is stronger than I thought (I doubt he is though).

    It's working as intended. Or well, at least as it always did. Cause I'm not sure the +10% heal per rank ever worked.

    work like in the beggining of module.remember: this encounter suffer a nerf (dont heal like before).

    no notes, no explanations. they just made.
