Items Bound to another class

So someone tell me if this is a bug or if it's intentional. I'm a HR and i received a drop from a boss for a GWF. It's BOUND to me. Why? I can't use it after all. Why would it be bound to me so i can not sell it?

    It's probably not a bug, I've received bound items for another class from dungeon chests as well as drops. They just want to limit how much money we can make in game so we're more reliant on spending real dollars.

    On one thread a mod said something about this to make it less like to kick maybe? Im not sure but im just sayin i heard something about loot being lootable and drops being binding

    Use them to feed your artifact equipment or salvage them. I am assuming you are level 60....
