Gift of Haste granting AP to enemies

Gift of Haste appears to grant AP gain to both enemies and allies when using powers that affect both (i.e. divine sunburst and divine glow). This is true for both mobs and other players in PVP.

Not sure if this has been an issue but I first noticed this happening over the weekend after last patch.

    It was bugged since the first day of release of mod 6.
