Launcher stuck at NW Version

Whenever I try to load up Neverwinter it let's me log into the launcher, then it freezes at NW Version screen. And then it crashes shortly after.. Please help If possible. I've spent hours scanning for every possible solution, It just started on Double RP. Before that I played with no problems..

    I also had this problem. Switch the patch-server at settings, it might help you. I mean when you are using EU patch server than change it to US.

    I just started having this issue
    A Trill, a Gorn, a Jem'Hadar, Bejoran and a Voth walk into a bar, and the Bartender asks "What is this a Joke?"
    "Nope, just my away team" the trill replies before ordering a round for the bar.

    Yes....my launcher is freezing up. I have found no solution yet.

    I have tried launching in safe mode...same problem.

    Uninstalled and reinstalled game....same problem

    A couple of things - 1) have you opened task manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del) and made sure there are no instances of Neverwinter already running? 2) have you rebooted your computer?

    Please let me know if neither of these works and I'll offer more suggestions.
