Shared Bank Bug

When accessing the sshared bank, in the past i was able to deposit 2g50s. I started a new character, so i decided to add more gold to give him a boost. Upon accessing the shared bank section of the bank, i found i was unable to deposit gold. I could enter the number (I tried 1-10 gold and silver too) And the deposit icon lit up (Press A to deposit) but pressing A did nothing. I tried quitting and trying again, relogging, etc etc. so i decided, maybe i should withdraw and deposit more. So i was ableto withdraw money and it worked, but no deposit. So now i dont even have 2g50s to give to my alt :( Me not happy. Me no heal you


TL;DR Shared Bank lets me withdraw what i had in, but i cannot deposit gold or silver no matter how i try.

    I too am having this issue, im not sure when it started because I remember at some point I did add and remove gold but I cannot anymore.

    Yup worked before, broken now....

    The only thing different is that I tried to transfer gold to a character bought via extra slots... I wonder if it's a factor?

    I also have this bug it happened 2 or 3 Tuesday maintenance's ago and can't put gold in, it worked before the maintenance so why is it broken now? Is this going to be fixed?

    If you hook a wireless keyboard to the Xbox, you can still withdraw gold. It works until they get the fix done. There are some other threads that give the exact procedure.

    I have had this problem as well i can withdraw gold but not deposit it. It has been like this for the past 3 updates when will it be fixed?

    Its apart of the known issues list. It is said it'll be dealt with, no word on when

    I was able to deposit gold, but not wothdraw it! Very frustrating.
