Need some help regarding my hunter ranger [chat]

Dear fellow hunter rangers
Im a new player on neverwinter and have been reccomended to check MMOMinds for a good class setup - now while ive gone and looked at 3 different setups - i find it difficult to understand where to start - what it all means etc - i understand most MMO terms etc but this is confusing the hell outta me for some reason
Wondering if someone would kindly arrange a time to have a chat with me about it all
