What do you think the minimum score should be?

1500-2000? and not allow premades for gauntlgrym, because if there is slim chance to pug win against premade at arena, there is zero chance in gauntlgrym

Just add a requirement to do a short quest first before accessing level 70 pvp. completing that quest provides the player with a set of average level 70 PvP gear (worse than grim, but better than battlefield at its level 70 gear). The quest could be as simple as talking to NPC's in the trade of blades who discuss Tenacity, Stats, and the map objectives. then having them attack a training dummy. then suddenly everyone in PvP (who isnt completely stupid) has tenacity gear and they didn't have too spend AD or glory on it , hence they don't have any reason NOT to use it.
People are way too negative, Why cant we just all get along.

the solution for this un-matched system is very simple:

    t1&t2 just like in dungeons

t1 - pugs only, u can q only solo that way no pvp guilds premade runs and a much higher chance for a more balanced match
t2 - q on your own risk, this should be a pvp guilds and premades q.

but i know no1 from cryptic will read it or take notice since...

I think this is a decent solution, it would be a good start.

Change up a little t1 less than 15 pvp matches each earn glory only complete 5 matches get 2 seals bind on account then queue 1 t2 PVP then back to next 5 t1 same rewards then que 1 t2 then back for last 5 and last 2 seals at end then eligible for full t2 this gives new players a chance to stumble around and learn as well and with 6 seals for good start on PVP gear

and then stop them from changing out gear once in the match.

there are those, that to get an advantage, would gear down, join, then gear up for the easy win.

Although I fail to see the fun in slaughtering fresh 70s, undergeared players etc., I can't fully agree with this. Sometimes you switch your enchantments/artifacts depending on your enemies, or have to slot new dragon glyphs.

Itemlvl is useless stat. What matter is minimum Tenacity.

We have needed tiered ques forever. That won't happen. As far as ilvl requirements. I'd say 2k ilvl and 1k tenacity as a bare minimum.

I dislike the minimum tenacity for GG. Many people get their first tenacity gear from glory gotten from GG PvP, and making a tenacity requirement, sans available gear other than the AH, means some people will either have to become well-funded AH snipers to participate, or just give up on it entirely.

Earlier today, I tried PVP. I have IL of about 2600, but no tenacity. I wasn't able to make a dent in the enemy paladin, though that's likely because I don't know anything about paladin skill sets. if you don't have tenacity gear at this point, there's really nothing you can do to get it other than to buy the level 60 black ice gear.

Running that PVP match was one of the most unpleasant gaming experiences in the past year. Spent like 15 minutes to lose and earn barely over 100 glory. I've never much cared for PVP, but was encouraged that the PVP gear is a dungeon free way of getting some decent top tier gear. Welp, not going that route.

Keep trying. Going in Dom with no tenacity is brutal. Spam gg. Once you get the basic PvP gear glory comes faster and in larger amounts. Free boosters, glory caches as campaign rewards and so on. Grym coins ad up fast also if you play it a lot.
