I would assume that by now technology has brought information gathering easy. I also assume that our friends at Arc have some of these allusive machines that do the data thing. Even back in Vanilla WoW, 40 man raids, we were able to submit tickets during a raid/encounter etc. The GM people would talk for a bit, kill some time while these data thingys looked up your info, tracked it, viewed the raid in RL and isssued gear, titles achievements etc. Without these GMs and ticket response the game would never have developed as smoothly as possible. I think that the game World of Warcraft turned out to be kinda popular. They didnt have the option then to *** to credit card and buy your way through a game. I would again have to assume the cash youve received after launch has been substantial. Substantial enough to directly these issues quickly. The data thingys.....oh yeah, they are called computers have current technology that addresses these issues. At the very least look at the data and award the lost Drake/Pegasus tokens immediately to at least quell the fire of dissent that has draped its horrible shadow over this game. The only way to make anything better is to touch some keys on the key board and issue some rewards! <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>! My kid needs me to spend another $20 bucks on Zen...Oh <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>! The younger Son just spent the gold and I have to spend another $20 in "Fairness". This is our house and I assume again many other houses. Please throw us a Frikin bone here!
.........I assume, assuming has made an a*s out of u and me
Hey hey,
I know you're frustrated, but we check the forums and our social channels daily for any issues that arise. We're actively looking into many of the issues that have come up as well as creating new content for our community to enjoy, but yes, we're listening. I'm not a developer myself, but I know making games and fixing bugs is much harder than it seems. In the meantime, thank you for supporting Neverwinter. We couldn't do it without our players.

I like the game and I'm playing since launch, but this week my enthusiasm cooled as we hoped new content after maintenance and unfortunately did not come after the double and refinement of double XP many players almost reached the end game I and my covenant we all equips t2 weapon and artifacts and belt and we are frustrated at having to skirmish to farm and lostmauth to AD, it has become very easy to finish them, and many have access to them now also an example is the item dragon gem, when I started to farm in skirmish cost 150k AD and sold easily and is now costing AD 37K way the economy of the game is breaking we need new content to keep us economically'm not saying it's bad low cost items which is bad is not having options to make our farm surrender AD hope for next week something new, it does not appear my bags are ready to elder scrolls already downloaded on my xbox, I like the Neverwinter experience, but unfortunately I can not play a game where I dedicated two months to overcome the other players and the game park and studies reach me by lack of additional content in the game and look carefully this option to kick in dungeons because a friend yesterday erased all chars and play for take more than 5 castlenever kick after killing the boss, developers are working on it I read some forum posts but are losing players due to take to solve it, remove the vote kick after entering the boss room already help a lot.
I sincerely hope that the best game I keep playing because neverwinter was the best multiplayer experience I ever had in a video game.

For the sake of grammar please rewrite this. I agree with everything you said though.

Thank you for responding and I think that for the majority of us this is all we want. Some sort of acknowledgement that the issues are being looked at. I honestly do believe PW is hard at work at fixing some of these issues. The problem to me is that we can only do just that "think" they are working on it. There is no feedback from the company to its player base. I've seen first hand in many other games from many other developers just how much an acknowledgement can help quell the players. Even something as simple as "We don't have a solution yet but will be sure to update you as soon as we can". That statement doesn't give any info whatsoever about a fix but it at least gives us something to go on and ensure us that our issues are being looked into.

I will vouch for Strum over here, I sent a message over Forums, got a response before I was on a different thread.
To OP:
1. The Devs are aware, and very sentient.
2. Data Tracking and Statistic Gathering are 2 topics that are heavily regulated by the US Govt., let alone the huge amount of rules that MS has that would infringe or otherwise affect such services, if they are run without notice, if not without prior writ of consent from MS itself.
3. To be honest, I doubt you actually are a parent, at least from your OP, with so many errors and contradictions. Just saying.
4. Patching a game requires time. It is not a point-Click-done affair. It requires large-scale effort and time to address even the smallest errors in the coding. Then you have to recode it, make sure said code plays nice with other "normal" code, then address all other possible outcomes that could arise. Regardless, changing a single layer of code, by so much as a single letter or number, can result in a complete engine-wide System 404 in essence.
5.There is also no way to know if X-code is going to affect Y-Code 3 weeks, years, whatever, down the line. This is true with any computing system, unless you are able to Matrix-style observe all instances of code running at a single time.
Ok.... time to Chuck Norris some Quantum Computers!
On a lighter note, Achieved the Besieger title today. I love my grp of strangers. TY you 4!
I seem to have the best luck with grps after midnight or a weekday morning. UhOh!!! Finger pointing at kids at school atm. Would it be possible to have an over 30 realm...I know, Im just dreaming, but I like it!
