Daily Dungeon and Skirmishes

A few days ago the game stopped registering my daily dungeon and skirmish quest but is registering I completed my PvP quest. I have had to buy several dungeon keys and I can not figure out why it hasn't said I completed the quest. I am doing the right dungeons "any level 60+" several times and still no completed quest. Same for the skirmishes.

    It is not really any level 60. Check your journal, it will list a specific dungeon. For Skirmish, SoT is the only 60+ that counts.

    if you are 60, then the normal dread vault is the daily dungeon and shores is the only skirmish that counts. You unlock shores through the campaign.
