Whispering Caverns Glitched?

I've tried entering it for the daily quests with all of my characters, none of them can enter.
Is this a temporary thing?
Has it been an ongoing problem? (I've only received this quest maybe once or twice)
Anyone else having this happen? Just hoping that if anything, I can get the quests done today... hopefully it isn't a permanent thing!

    For some reason on maint days, login/change zone problems occur for several hours after maint ends. This is especially true for whichever area is the dragon common cause area.

    Just keep trying. It has been taking me an average of around 8 attempts to get in.
