Question about rogue stealth mechanic

I know it's probably a dumb question, but i read that when you are stealth you have a 100% chance to crit hit? is this true or just forum nonsense?

    Yes, it's true. That's why finding ways of increasing stealth uptime is a legitimate method of increasing DPS.

    Thanks for the clarification. I've started moving my build more towards power and recovery and increasing my time in stealth. before i was geared more towards armor pen and crit chance. I have noticed my damage go up.
