Boons and Powers not unlocking

I am trying to upgrade my fourth boon from the Tyranny of Dragons campaign but when I select the required boon and click, commit changes, nothing happens. Also same thing happens with powers, I can not upgrade any powers, nor purchase new ones.

    have you tried opening character screen and placing points on the boons in the "boons" tab, since mod6 you can no longer spend the boon points in the campaign window
