Aspect of the Serpent *STILL* broken

HR class feature aspect of the serpent is still broken from the patch a couple fridays ago. I slot the feature and receive no benefits from the buff, no buff icon, absolutely nothing. It is completely broken. I've tried resetting it in and out of combat by switching features, etc. Nothing works. I have spoken with at least 8 other HR's who have reported the same issue.

Please fix this feature is important for my build.

    They know and it will be fixed next patch:
    Aspect of the Serpent has been fixed and will be out to you guys soon.
