How long does it take to finish campaign from start to finish?

Wondering how long it takes to finish the campaign or how long it takes to get the artifact weapon. And is there a simple tip or way of getting the artifact weapon sooner

Did you try to google it? I haven't looked into it myself but I can do some quick math. 3 days for each of the bottom tier (9). Then 4 for the second tier. (13) And then 5 days for the Zhentarum (Spelling?, 18) Add the time for some of the other things on the sides, i.e. mystic dragon key, and you've got three weeks into it alone. Hope that helps.

Nope. You'll have to adjust that yourself by how much it occurs. For me, I'd be on track with my 18 day cycle.

Not possible to complete in a few days. Certain task requires you to wait 20hours.

Yes. For each of these 18 tasks, you can only one per day. They cannot be done concurrently. It will take at least 18 days.

Not true, as in the quote from Krad you included, the tasks take 20 hours. You can start the next task after 20 hours have past and not wait for the 24 hour mark. This can save a number of days for the player who is able to do it. It can be reduced to 15 days with perfect timing. That is why 16 to 18 is the realistic answer.

For those who suffer from insomnia (me), no work, work from home(me, mostly) or shift work, this can be done.

This would only be possible if you had all the requisite materials to start with. If you're starting from scratch, you're going to have to do dailies to earn the scrolls, coins, sigils etc. which can only be repeated every 24 hrs. This I believe will be the limiting factor, not the 20 hour duration of the tasks.

It's not. It is only when the clock reset for the 20 hours overlaps the 3am reset time for dailies that there is an issue. Can't do the dailies twice in the 24 hours from 3am PDT to 3AM PDT.

Once you have unlocked the second dragon area, you can earn more supplies than are required for the timed unlocks as long as you do the dailies in all unlocked dragon areas. Once this has been achieved, even the overlap no longer matters because you do not need the dailies immediately as you already have enough supplies. So, you may or may not lose a day depending on when you conflict with the 3AM reset and what your surplus of supplies is.

There is another bottleneck when you start collecting sigils with the 3AM overlap and this one will usually cost a day making 16 days the best time likely. I did it in 17.
