Profound Gear Set Stats

I was wondering why the profound armor set is not goving me a stat and it does give a friend of mine ( TR ). Is it because am not wearing it or we as Hunters dont get set stats

    You get a 2/4 bonus, and a 4/4 bonus.

    "Inspect" any of your profound pieces and scroll down. For whatever reason the UI on that gear shows up large and you have to scroll down to see the actual bonus.
