Cannot confirm that Foresight is working

The power icon is no longer showing in the buff bar when slotted, and the damage resistance it offers is not represented on my character sheet.

I have Rank 4 Foresight slotted and have 5 points in the Benefit of Foresight feat in the faithful path.

    The buff icon never appeared on yourself, nor did it ever show up in the character sheet. But getting hit with it slotted and not had an effect regardless. Have you checked the combat logs of your damage taken with and without in a controlled environment?

    It used to show up on the buff bar mods 3-5. And the work would proc when it healed other party members. I haven't seen it in mod 6 at all.

    It works perfectly fine for me and I have verified it. Why couldn't you verify it again?

    I just stood there, no buffs/debuffs cast at all.

    I have 4 power points in Benefit of Foresight (8%dr) and I have the Paragon Feat (5/5) (+5%dr) How much damage reduction am I getting? 8+5=13% or 8+(5% of 8)=8.4%? I think I'm getting at least 13%. If you do the math with the test above, it looks like I'm getting almost 20% damage reduction.

    The only PvE I run with my DC include: Epic Dungeons, Epic Skirmishes, WoD Heroic Encounters, and the numbers have been all over the place. For example drakes are hitting for more than the base damage amount, and I can't parse what's actually working defensively as the mobs apparently have Armour Penetration now although there is no indication of how much.

    I've never gone back to the levelling areas, so I didn't know that there would be a difference.

    Have you been able to confirm that it is being applied to allies on heal as well, because I have not noticed it hitting the buff bars. Although, I haven't checked since first starting this thread.
