I'm getting strange results from Weapon Enchantments that are supposed to provide debuffs on enemies. Actually, ACT shows my spells have a decreased effectivity:
Perfect Terror: constant 96%
Pure Terror: untested
Transcendend Terror: constant 96%
Pure Vorpal: down to 89% (depending on stacks)
Transcendend Vorpal: down to 66% (depending on stacks)
Perfect Plague Fire is giving the correct 9% debuff
Pure Plague Fire: untested
Transcendend Plague Fire: down to 97.5% (depending on stacks), but also up to 105% (still not the correct 109%)
This is a huge mess up on cryptic/pwe's part and you devs spend time making bags bind on pickup bind to character instead of account to try and force sales of zen but don't even reply with a timeline for fixing the rank 11/12 weapon enchants that dont work right .... what is up with that??????
It's a conspiracy (or a dev doesn't know the difference between + and -). Make Terror look overpowered for mod 6 so everyone spends money refining/getting one, then make it so it doesn't work so you have to go and buy something else. Of course, those of us with no morals (pretty much most of the NW community) will sell it on to some unsuspecting soul. Mine is sitting in the bank until (if ever) it is fixed.
Had to tell someone to take it off today in eLOL since it would reduce our damage by 4%. Although at some point ALL my damage was doing 0 so don't know what is going on there - perhaps Losty stole my steel defense for his meal and he got the immunity not me.

its player problem if buy a enchant seems really good or gone to preview first saw what is bugged didnt report and bought those enchants( feytouched) and when get fix stay with your fixed-nerfed feytouched i dont care:).
I upgraded my vorpal to transcended yesterday and also respected my char. After a little while I noticed my dmg is debuffed even my crits are less than base dmg. Eventually i traced it to the vorpal... Now my trans vorp is sitting in my bank Lots of money forked out for major disappointment.
I'd rather just have the trans vorpal act as a perfect vorpal .. It would at-least render it usable until fixed.
We have been unable to reproduce these issues, can you tell what power specifically seems to be doing it? I would wager that one of your own powers/class features is inappropriately hitting you.
I'm just back from another round of testing and it is inconsistent between classes, not powers.
I don't know what separates the chars other than being a different class. I tried respeccing, different weapons, at-wills, unslotting all gear and companions, but that didn't change the results at all. It's also worth noting that the two classes (DC, TR) that actually get the benefit of the enchants are getting way too many debuffs.
Terror lowers the target's defense, so your armorpen should come into play. In no case should effectiveness go down, but if your armorpen is already overwhelming the target dummy's damage resistance, I wouldn't expect to see a benefit.

No, that's not how the Enchantments work on dummies. Because mobs don't have a "defense" stat, it has always been a straight debuff.
ArPen is a non-factor on dummies anyway as well. Also, my CW with 60% ArPen is getting decreased effectiveness for all enchantments. It's bugged.

I suspect its caused by the higher ranks interpreting anything thats procs that is a buff as an attack that deals 0 damage which is occuring against you and is applying the debuff to you instead of only your target. For example in the case of CW, I think if a ren CW procs chaos magic then when chaos magic procs his damage gets debuffed. Either way, it definitely shows up here as an issue and needs to be fixed.

Are we lost with our Pure **** enchants or will those get fixed?

I do lesser damage with it as without any enchant -.- It is not depending on skills.
