Tenebrous enchantment worth anything?

I've been using one for months, and I used to be able to tell when it proc'd. Since Mod 6 it's hard for me to tell if anything, and that in particular, proc. I notice they sell cheap on the AH. Should I ditch it for something else??

    ACT should tell you whether they proc or not. If you don't have it installed yet, it's always a useful tool to have in the locker. Look you here...

    For me they proc. But it seems to be not as often as before. It's possible that with Mod 6 and the insane amounts of HP they changed the internal timer.

    They did indeed, for a short time on preview,they were the most OP thing around so they got nerfed into uselessness..

    I would not call them useless. They still seem to proc often enough to increase my DPS more than a 1% damage bonus (+400 power) does. And they are cheaper than a +400 enchantment, too. :)
