Fix the itemlvl and add some min max hp for dungeons

Im tired of all the clowns abusing some shady items to boost their item lvl and then entering t1 dungeons with 30-35k max HP.

    I know, people just vote kick them most of the time. The point is that they're just wasting our time.

    Enter with group of 5 ? No such problem.

    Better: gear should have no item level before lvl 65.

    The point here is shady items not new or bad players. Some items with very bad stats give way too much item lvl.

    yeah like dragon hoard enchants giving more item level than dark rank 7s in the same slots.dragon hoard enchants shouldnt even give ilvl.

    Bring back Gear Score.

    Item level is completely ****ed up.
