conduit of ice gives 0 physical damage to target

Does anyone know why conduit of ice is doing this:
[Combat (Self)] Your Conduit of Ice gives 0 Physical Damage to Thorn.
[Combat (Self)] Critical Hit! Your Storm Spell deals 26487 (25226) Lightning Damage to Thorn.
[Combat (Self)] Critical Hit! Your Storm Spell deals 2674 (2547) Lightning Damage to Thorn.
[Combat (Self)] Must have a target.
[Combat (Self)] Critical Hit! Your Magic Missile deals 5711 (5439) Arcane Damage to Thorn.
[Combat (Self)] Critical Hit! Your Conduit of Ice deals 5703 (5432) Cold Damage to Storm Shaman.
[Combat (Self)] Your Conduit of Ice gives 0 Physical Damage to Storm Shaman.
Why am I getting all these 0 physical damage hits? These show up on screen as yellow zeros and in my combat log as above.

it's not new either, I noticed that months ago in mod5
That is because of SW's HoB, reducing damage done by enemies and if TT cast on the target, it is technically damage coming from him to other enemies. So next time look at the debuff on the enemy if he as 4x blight then TT would do 0 damage to other mobs.
