i did write a ticket, but they are like, we know we have a problem with this, your zen will be on your account when we find out what the problem is, but we dont know when it will be fixed
Wow! So after firing a bunch of staff, they suddenly don't know how to fulfill their customers' purchases. Sounds like some disgruntled employees, if you ask me...]
Disgruntled employees? Can't say neither way. But this kind of thread washes through the forum every other week or three. So it's a long-standing issue. Apparently the game's money flow is based upon a few people spending big and many people spending only once...
Customer dissatisfaction is apparently not seen as anything like a problem. IMHO not a smart move, because a fraction of those customers that get hit there will leave or never spend money again. A simple dialog where you'd get informed about the possible delay when choosing certain payment options apparently also seems to be either too appalling to potential buyers or too much bother to put up. All not really what gives the impression of good professional business habits...
As in-game similar things tend to happen... ...maybe the message they want to bring across is: "If you're the very sensitive type, or easily enraged or frustrated, this might not be the game for you."

contacted support and they said its a problem with Allopass and they can't fix it, yet they wont give me zen or give me my money back.
really iressponsible from such a big company.
never going to buy Zen again because of this issue

Turned out there was some wrong data on my paypal account, I got refunded, bought ZEN again and they arrived instantly.
Write a ticket and ask them about it.
