Bandwidth usage

I noticed a huge increase in my bandwidth usage this month and I have no idea where it's going.
It's over 100 GB already and I didn't even download half as much.
Currently I am thinking Neverwinter might have something to do with it since I started playing it this month.
Just asking if anyone else is experiencing crazy bandwidth usage?

    Don't really track my overall useage, but have noticed with NW the need to fully shut down my xbox one daily. Just selecting shut down console keeps the game running in the background and causes more game crashes and lag than I am comfortable with. Press and hold the xbox light on your console for 3 or 4 seconds and it will make a sound, then shortly after will power down fully. Perhaps try that and see if it helps out.

    Or you can goto your xbox settings and unclick the option for sleep mode. This way it clears the game's cache.
    Huh....I thought Ballsdeep was a location in Lord of the Rings.

    I checked the bandwidth monitor thats built into Xbox one, shows that on Neverwinter its using roughly 20mb per hour when playing- Sounds alot?
