Icy terrain bugged on tab.

So far, when you had IT on tab, you could deploy it wherever you wished. Currently that's no longer possible. It is created around the caster as if it wasn't on tab. In case it's relevant, I have 4 points spent on it. I'm not sure if the problem exists with 3 or less points.

    not only on tab.im not saying anything anymore i got warning from mod here reporting bugs. its insane.

    + when you spend 4 power points on icy terrain,putting it on spell mastery slot no longer targets the enemy but it's cast under your feet.
    This patch they fix the cooldown on IT but broke it on spell mastery,wait and see what they gonna fix/broke no the next one.

    its = no matter if its spell mastery or not. it does that everywhere.
    edit. it so annoying making more bugs rather than fixing old ones
