Icy Terrain - No spell master after patch.

I cannot cast icy terrain at target location only where I am at.

    So read in the patch notes that 1 fix was the Icy Terrain cooldown (level 4). Unfortunately, now when slotted in the spell mastery slot it no longer properly allows targeting. Frustrating. Its a small thing I guess, but changes a lot about how/what approach I can use in fights.

    Sigh.

    I have been told that at level 3 it is still targeting properly in tab - so just level 4 effected. Lol - to respec or not to respec around a bug. again.

    just tested and I can confirm, you can no longer cast it where you want if you have it in spell mastery.

    p.s. post it in the bug forums and file a bug report

    Cannot cast Icy Terrain ...at target location... (spell mastery slot) after patch. Only casts where wizard is at.

    Confirmed. Furthermore IT has now 3 ticks, two after the chast and the last before the field vanishes. Dont they test their fixes? Did their intern program this HAMSTER.
    Chars: CW, DC, GF, GWF, HR and TR.

    Have they at least managed to reduce the cooldown for rank 4 Icy terrain like they said they would? xD

    Anyone know if rank 3 works and they only borked rank 4? MY CW really needs this to survive mod 6.
