So Vow of Enmity :
(80' Range) You select a target for your Vow for 60 seconds. You cannot recast this power while you have a Vow established. You deal 20% more damage to the target of your vow.
I have reason to believe that when cast on another paladin, the game incorrectly reads it as the target's vow as well and thus, they can't cast the power themselves. Just spent a pvp match unable to use one of my powers because another pally was quicker on the draw than I.
Extremely aggravating.

Oh no, it's definitely hilarious. But terrible also the match I discovered it in, the other team had 3 OPs and a GF.
I couldn't figure out which one(s) were marking me X_x
