Add jewelcrafters and jewelcrafting tools to profession boxes.

The title says it all. Currently, jewelcrafters and jewelcrafting only tools do not drop from profession packs. Fix it.

    Bump, I just made a topic in bug reports about this same think. I don't know why they don't have this added already. Just the uncommon assets are going for 500k+ on the tradehouse. It is crazy. I have only seen 2 up there, never a blue or purple.
