Well sadly the time in Mod6 for me has probably run its course, i've been playing here in NW since just after beta and had 9 char all well geared in Mod5 and 3 (cw/dc/sw) pretty dammed good. So far only bothered to take the CW to lvl 70 and a new Pally (heal and char no 10).
So i have my 2nd CW (MoF) a few days at lvl 70, have already got most boons in Mod5, have the Elemental main and off hand, G vorpal or G light to choose from, all lvl 70 blues (starter stuff from AH), 4 Purple artifacts and a TIL of approx 2200.
Now here comes the problem, appart from leveling Dungeons there is very little to do now, can i get a group .... no not very often (and no im not trying for the T2 ones)
Either i end up with obviously new players where at least we get to try the content and get often mashed dispite our best efforts and rarely finish (even eLol which is supposed to be the easiest elements farm), or i get a group of elitists who wont entertain the concept of skill outweighing gear in some cases followed by an unannounced kick back to PE, in short i spend hours trying to get a "just right" mix of ppl who are good enough without being *insert self censorship* about the whole thing. Most of the time i PUG as im on a different time zone (and a shift worker) to my guild mates so thats not a really a help.
Long story short, getting geared up is gonna take wayy more time and testing of my patience than i'm prepared to endure, i love it here in NW world and wont leave entirely, just prayor, leadership every now and then till Mod7 or a workable fix to Mod6. I just hope there is still a playerbase to play the game once is does get sorted, and i still hold hope it will be sorted.
...aw, I plonk my Pally through the campaigns. Gather 70 main- & off-hand for my alts. All on the low burner, though. One has to measure out the gaming to be done and spread it over the three or four months until Mod 7 eventually will come (and the three weeks extension...)
Presently, the game does everything possible to make playing it not whorthwhile. So I stay, but don't play. Well, way less than before. I've one other game already, which so far always had been the #2, that I now spend way more time on, and also got a time intense RL project that's only possible during the warm season (restoring a vintage car in the garage), so I'm somewhat consoled, almost happy about loss of distraction potential...
On a more serious note: Isn't there any class you've always wanted to play but haven't come to yet? Now might be a good time to do that - assuming it's not SW... :^/
Well my faith in Humanity has just been somewhat restored, i was doing daily prayor's and a guildie asked about joining a run, i met 3 other ppl (1 already in guild) and 2 of them were of the highest quality, and im not talking gear (although that was great too).
When you get a good group that works together, has some tolerance and is in it for the fun and experience and not just the grind, NW is probably the best game ive ever experienced, if only i could have more like this and less the other fustrating types i'd probably end up with a divorce due to excessive game time :P

As others have said go to the NW legit forum and apply there to join the legit channel. You can still be in a guild and be a part of the channel. Maybe only one or two elitists in there :P but legit doesn't care about TIL (the new GS) and you are unlikely to be kicked while in a dungeon with them. I have heard one instance of that happening but it is very rare.
Our pain is self chosen.

Stuff to do is... get Refinement points... its the only goal, while it should be a way or better, not even exist.

Yep. Find a guild. Play with people who care about the person, not just the loot. Otherwise, you throw yourself to the mercy of the pugs. Hint: They have no mercy.
My community is pretty regularly and easily clearing all the T1 stuff. We have Temple of the Spider pretty much down, and now we're working on Cragmire Crypts.
This game is exponentially more fun when you have a great group of people to play it with...just like how D&D is suppose to be

Should still be a couple of folks here, one way or another. We'll see you for Mod 7
