Problem with Dragonforged Artifact quest

Has anyone else run into the issue where you have all the requirements met for the campaign Dragonforged Artifact quest and the Start symbols is lit up on the screen but when you press A the popup goes away and the timer does not start? Mine just keeps going back to saying Available.

    You are probably experiencing lag. Unless this is constantly happening to you over and over again for a while now. Then I would say it's an issue you should post on the feedback forum and maybe even open a ticket if you want.

    As you sure you have everything? Look carefully at all the currencies. If you haven't done it before, the common one to miss is shard of dragoned forged steel, when what you really have is just plain old dragon forged steel. Two different things. But if you have that, and the Dragon Gem, Dragon bone, Enough AD, Gold contact support. But, I'd bet you are missing one, or more, currencies.

    Edit: Above I have Dragon Forged Steel and The Shards reversed.

    You don't use Shards for the campaign task, you use regular Dragon Forged Steel. The Shards can only be turned in to the Dragon Hoard Vendor for a weapon of your choice, and for that you need 6 of them.

    I was talking to you and clarifying your mistake for other readers. You might want to reread what you said because it's wrong. Again, you DO use regular Dragon Forged Steel for the campaign task, not Shards as you were saying.

    I have all that pieces, It says it is Available, the A button on the screen is highlighted and the popup goes away when A is pressed, but it never starts. It is not lag as it has been about 30 hours now that I have tried it off and on.

    I'll add that this is not the first time I have done this campaign quest, I have my weapon on another character just not this one yet. I know what is supposed to happen.

    Isnt there a bug where if the weapon is in shared bank the quest wont work? maybe it was something else

    It worked this morning when I tried. No idea what caused that.
