Quest Instance Disconnect

  This. Everytime I change locations whether through travel, queues or whatever. Disconnects and starts over. Doesn't even put you in the dungeon most of the time. Very frustrating.

  Side Note: what I have been doing lately, is when I encounter this problem, I will switch characters and play with that one until this problem occurs again.

  
  Listen there is a work around for this and it has been posted in the forums before. When this starts to happen often, go to the dashboard, hit start while still hovering over the game then hit quit. Restart the game and it should be fixed. Note that this isn't a permanent fix. Also hard resetting your Xbox will help as well. This game uses alot of system resources, and not very efficiently either. The main problem is not lack of resources but perfect world and cryptic haven't released a console game before, not to mention the Xbox 1 is still a pretty new console.

  I haven't been disconnected from a game this frequently since Defiance... another game with a lot of potential that fell flat due to their disconnect issues.
