Paladin Sanctity question

Do Lifedrinker or Life Steal proc the Paladin Bulwark feat of Sanctity?

If not, what does? Passive heal powers, only active heals, only spells ... ?

Just trying to figure this thing out.

    As far as i play, almost every heal type procs sanctity - even regeneration (which is very unconvenient). So i guess lifedrinker will also proc it.
