GF working/not working Rank 4 powers

Hi. I have few free power points left at lev 70 but not sure what powers work at rank 4 and which don't.
If you guys tested some i'd be grateful if you post it and let us know.
I havn't done testing myself (can't afford respec token), but personally i'm interested in basic ones like Crushing Surge, Bull's Charge, Frontline Surge, Shield Talent, Guarded Assault, however any info is nice.

I have a fresh GF since the double xp week and all my rank 4's work no problem but some of my guildies that had lvl 60 GF's in mod5 they have problems.
