Character feats and powers will not save

I have leveled up twice now and the feats and powers will not save even though I have comitted the changes.

I've logged in and out in several times since I realized the changes wouldn't save - this didn't change anything.

Then I leveled up again only to find they still won't save.

Please help! :(

I need these to get stronger in the game.

    Well crud...I just realized I put this in an xbox thread. It can be deleted, I am putting it into the right place now.
