Why do people keep coming back to life?

While doing any pvp match i tend to find people coming back to life. I'll see them go into the death stance and then pop back up and have all their abilities cool-down reset and they just nuck me or the kill i was suppose to get is taken from my other teammate bsing me off a kill. Any reason why?
