Do you want a budget CW guide?

Last mod I wrote up a budget tr guide, for players starting the game who need a class, who don't want to be spending loads of money off the bat. My question for you here is, would you like me to try and do the same for CW? Tr has always been a secondary main for me, however, it is also the class I would have ranked last mod as the number 1 most budget class for someone to play. However, this mod I think that all classes are equal in this, with maybe classes like pally being slightly ahead. If I am going to do this, I will be including:

The feat choices, with explanations.
The boon choices.
Race choice.
Guide to encounter powers, daily powers and maximising their utility.
Gear choices, including how to gear this character up.

In the process of doing this, I may, if desired, level up another CW completely budget in this mod, with no help from other toons, to demonstrate how it is possible and I will offer as much advice as possible to new players who need it when starting out. However, I am only going to go to this effort if the community desires such a guide, as there are already people working on builds and guides for fully gimped out chars anyhow, so that area does not require any of my attention. So, please tell me, is such a guide desired?

Ok I will be going forward with this idea, as it seems there is some desire to see it fulfilled. It will work as follows:
I will create a new character, which will be a CW who I will level up from 1-70. Along the way, I will screenshot what the character looks like at 10 level intervals, including all relevant information. I shall NOT be using anything from any of my other toons in the process, this includes enchants, gear bought on AH, artifacts gained from vault of the nine quest or anything else that a new player would not have starting out. The only thing my character will have is the 110% movement speed mount, as whilst this is not something a new player would immediately have whilst playing free to play, it also does nothing to actually improve my game play. I will also explicitly explain how I acquired every piece of gear, as I intend to buy some things off the AH as I level and the AD I use to do this I will acquire by playing that toon through things like leadership. At level 70, I will showcase the final build as well as provide suggestions on where to improve from there, highlighting key things that a new player will benefit from. I hope this will be a comprehensive guide to playing CW completely free, to aid both new players and old players who would like to start a CW.

I think a guide explaining and opining on each power and feat (even those you don't use) would be the most help, to let people make up their own minds.
