When will the bugs get fixed

I may have only been a member of the forums for a short while, but i've bene playing neverwinter since it hit steam. I can't help but notice the large number of bugs with the launrchers and in game its self, some have gotten worse, others have been fixed. I'm not doing this as a bug report because its not a report is a general question, are we going to get a dev tracker post letting us know about a patch to fix a number of issues going on? do not get me wrong i'm ALL FOR new game content, it'd just be nice to know if we are going to get some bug fixes to make this game playable again, because as it stands at the moment there are a volume of players unable to even update their neverwinter, others stuck on the black please wait screan, others haveing 3d Rendering issues, others getting Fatal Errors. I know there is no such thing as an unbuggy update, there will always be bugs, but it will be nice to know what is going to be done about those bugs.

    There is no longer a QA process from the design end.

    Patches go onto the test server < 24 hours from launch on the *live* server, eliminating any sort of user feedback on patches.

    Learn to like what's being put out, as is, bugs and all.

    Mod 6: Elemental Darwinism.

    Adapt, or die.

    you asume we don't like the game. Tisk tisk. This is not so, its the fact we WANT to enjoy the game but can't because the bugs get in the darn way of that enjoyment.

    As you can see from the below post, the bugs are a problem caused by the community. They are a "community problem", not a Cryptic problem. How dare you ask about when bugs would be fixed??? The company that develops this game is doing more important things than making this game playable for you. They have their own time table that is their business, they are too important to keep you informed on the state of their game and you wouldn't understand anyways because we are just stupid players who literally feed and shelter them from the money we put into these games.

    Is there no info at all? Well, there is some. The patch notes on the preview server usually give a good indication of what to expect on the next live patch. Still no guarantees, but at least it shows what they are working on.
