Elemental Fire Main Hand bonus not working for CW?

Got my orb of elemental fire, refined it up to blue. It boosts the damage from scorching burst. In my inventory, the tooltip says it boosts damage by 6%. Equipped, it says it boosts damage by ??%. I have no way of testing if it actually boosts it, short of spending the AD on augmentation cubes to change the bonus, but I like this bonus.

    Yes, mine weapon (Elemental Fire Greataxe) show ??% too. I post a thread speaking this bug, with image before the patch and they don't fix it.

    i just wish i knew why cws a secondary striker did way more damage than hr a primary striker.

    Same thing on the GF mainhand, so not just CW. Crushing Surge heal says ??%

    My apologies for posting this in other places but having great difficulty finding the orb of elemental fire or finding info on what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    I have the Paired Artifact Talismen. I have done the vigilant tasks for Drowned Shore, Reclamation Rock, Firey Pit and Spineward. Today I planted the last seed for Spineward, expecting the reward (from what others told me). I did all the seed quests by tree with Minsc. Why and where can I get my orb of elemental fire? I went back through Reclamation Rock, Drowned Shore, Firey Pit and Spineward and no Yellow notices of the folks in those areas. . Thanks in advance.

    Um, you should get it when you turn in the Seed of Air quest and talk to Archdruid Morningdawn next to the tree.

    It worked for all of my characters.
